They answer all support requests on a first-come, first-served basis...generally within 24 hours, except during weekends and holidays of course. All email support is provided free of charge to Incansoft Customers.

Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue - this tends to reset your position in their queue, which only delays their response.

Please do not have assistants or 3rd parties contact them on your behalf - it's often confusing when they cannot identify the person requesting support as the legitimate licensee.

If you are requesting support for a PHP script, please make sure you include your cPanel and FTP login details with your request. Be certain to include all pertinent URL's, script login details and a concise description of what the problem you've encountered is.

For all support requests, they can assist you faster if you include your Registration Key and the PayPal email address used to make the purchase. Along with the previous paragraph, the more information you provide in your initial request will allow them to act quickly and save you both the delays of sending emails back and forth trying to obtain the information they need.

They also ask their customers to carefully read the help files delivered with each product before submitting a ticket - 80% of all support requests have the answer written there.

Lastly, they understand how frustrating it can be waiting for assistance with a problem. Please be patient with them - they want to help you as soon as we can...losing your temper, making threats or swearing at the support staff is not going to help move things along any faster. At the end of the day, there's no point in stressing yourself out when help will be forthcoming regardless.
